Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice view of the water. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning.

Negative: Very hard to find the entrance for the car park and then access to the hotel lobby. Signs were either missing or very hard to see as I had to seek help. The receptionist on arrival was very cool and needs to hone her confidence with customer service skills. Eye contact was non existant. The reception area was dark and it looked as though she had trouble working the computer screen. Not a good look at all. There was no improvement on exit at the other end.

Summary: Very cramped room but I suppose it was priced that way.
